Sunfish Sailboat

This is a sunfish sailboat that comes in 3 parts - Hull, sail and stand. I modeled this up based on schematic images. Instructions I successfully printed this on a Solidoodle 2 at .2mm resolution. I chose to print the hull with supports and the nose pointing straight up since I felt this would give the best result while leaving the least amount of support evidence on the big smooth surfaces. It took about 3-3.5 hours I designed the sail to be printed flat side down, to maximize surface area contact with the bed. With my machines tolerances, the mast fit perfectly into the hole in the hull. This took about 30 minutes to print. The stand is another quick 35-40 minute print, nice and easy! Enjoy!
