Sunhokey i3 Extruder Insert For Flex Filaments

this tiny part can be installed into the extruder of a Sunhokey Prusa i3 to prevent flex filaments from kinking prior to entering the bowden tube. Now that this problem is solved, I can finally print with flex PLA (haven't tried TPE yet). I'm surprised that it works even with 1.75mm filament diameter and bowden tube setup! EDIT: I found that you have to disable retraction because flex filaments don't like to be squeezed twice by the drivewheel. It's held in place with a small drop of superglue. After printing the hole can be cleaned up with a 2mm drill bit for the filament to slide freely. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30% Notes: Mine pinted ok without supports.
