I just reworked one for an Ender 3. This is compatible with the Sunlu S8 and probably more. I so no reason it wouldn't fit a CR-10. I printed at 100% infill and used PETG to give it more strength. It could work just fine with PLA. I used two M5 24 mm screws that were already holding the frame together to attach the guide.
