sunshade piece

I bought a parasol from a store (which has some good ideas not to mention). After opening it, I noticed that a part was broken, I returned it. They exchanged it for me after opening 2 other umbrellas (which also had the broken part). After a few days the exchanged part did not hold up. I made it thicker again, hope it holds up ;). In the pictures you can see the old and new part and the part in place on the sunshade. (Yes, I didn't have grey PLA).
