Achilles Heel Clamp & Chain Guard Custom Heel Clamp inserts V-Block, C, & Figure hugging. Adjustable Tendon, available in Hex Bar or Round, Custom bands to order, but only for the fanatics. I only use the outer ring on my bikes, so I think I would prefer to have a chain guard than a derailleur & an internal rear gear hub, if gears are still needed. and based on this design, I am starting to dream of a direct drive chain guard, surely dyson could help? Would be nice made from Laser Sintered Titanium Mesh, but pretty sure only the people with gold ipads would be able to afford. The 2 other ideas I had, I still havent got around to doing this one kinda took over, but without the full model to mate with, probably pointlesss exercise , just made some additional parts, but they are still missing a few parts that would help to make adjustment & locking. I realize having a shock (as in last 2 renders) may not be the way to go, and the twin brake shoe stopper wouldn't really be any use, especially on rear suspension bike. The Clamp looks a little too beefy, but if you have seen what you can do with a Manfrotto Super Clamp then you have some idea of the grip these things have, though the super clamps have some nice additional features not present in this design, but more parts, you can get a super clamp for about £60 though, however its not suitable for use in this case as the axis is 90 degrees out, though a ball joint link bar could be made . Wondering if a Titanium Rod would be needed. The Closer you look the more holes you will find... To Design for all bikes is a tall order unless it can be done inside the crank, or better locking rings, this example may not need both fixtures, but if it was a carbon frame I would like to spread the load as much as possible.
