This is TheGoofy's clock's hours gear - printed at 400% scaling on a large-format FDM that my company has been developing. You can see it next to the original (which I printed last year and published a video about in December - see my 'I Made One' for the link. I am now wondering about whether to print the whole clock at 400% - the only thing is it will be enormous and I don't know if the spring will scale. I think I'll try it anyway. 8th March 2017 - just added a picture of three experimental parts achieved last week.
