My wife tasked me with designing and printing a charming sun-catcher mobile for her sister, which could be shipped in parts and easily assembled at the destination using no tools or adhesives. To be honest, she simply wanted it to be adorable, but I added those extra requirements myself. Regardless, all the pieces print flat without needing supports, assemble securely together without any tools or adhesives, and can hold a substantial load of beads and other items.
