This generates super-ellipses and super-ellipsoids, generated entirely in OpenSCAD. I have seen other super-ellipsoids, but they depended on python code to generate the scad file. This is based on the formulas found in [Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superellipsoid)
