Edit - 09.11.2015 Added one with a hex for the mounting cone and rounded edges on the roller Holder02.STL. Also added a nut Holder03.STL. This spool holder fits on the stock Wanhao bracket in place of the stock plastic holder and attaches with the stock nut. There is no need to tighten it hard. As long as the spool hole is circular and can fit over the 42mm end of the roller, it will work and roll with super low friction. The filament will not even stretch out, but always run in a loop from now on. The roller doesn't have to be the same size as the spool hole to work. In fact, the spool rolls more easily if it's free to swing or roll on a rolling spindle like this. Assembly should be obvious. One bearing goes in each end of the large roller tube, with a little spacer in between. It was made for 12x28x8 ball bearings because I had some lying around. Feel free to request other sizes or model your own using the same design. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 15%+ Notes: I printed mine at 15% and 90 mm/s. Print as it is in the file. No need to arranging or rotating.
