Super Strong Bag Clip

<p>This clip was inspired by "<a href="https://www.printables.com/model/164268-spring-clip-stronger">Spring Clip Stronger</a>" by Blake Haas. Although it has several improvements:</p><ol><li>It prints easily with no support</li><li>It snaps together without glue</li><li>Positively locks together (won't come undone during use)</li><li>Can be printed in any material</li></ol><p>During development, I tried ABS, ASA, Tough PLA, and 2 brands of PLA. I felt the strongest was ABS, but got very good results with PolyLite ASA, CC3D PLA, and MatterHackers Tough PLA. The weakest was Solutech Clear PLA (seemed to shrink and not bounce back as well).</p><p>I printed with standard easy settings: 20% gyroid infill, 2 perimeters, no support.</p><p>To assemble:</p><ol><li>Line the 2 halves up in the mostly closed position. You will see the inner half has a little pie shaped tab the will line up with the opening in the outer half.</li><li>When aligned, slide them together. The little tab rides in a slot the prevents the halves from sliding apart in normal opening.</li><li>Insert one end of the spring into the socket on one of the halves. Gently but firmly push it into the socket until it seats.</li><li>Then compress the spring until the other end snaps into its socket. If it doesn't go in all the way at first, try straightening the spring alignment and squeezing the clip open.</li></ol><p>As always, my Fusion 360 design is included.</p>
