Tip 1: Lacquer or use Screw locking within the bought part from hailong (see the red marks on the screw connecting the extruded aluminium sheet with the injection moulded plastic part. It is loosening it self after 300-500 kilometers. So glue it. Tip 2: Don't overtighten the screws at mounting procedure. Use for the torque for the connection scre M5x65 between the adapter brackets just the short end of the allen key. Thighten in X Order. Tip 3: Dont overtighten the M5x15 screws. Use max. 2-3Nm. Otherwise the printed parts could delaminate faster. Flanel: The Battery on my pics weights approx. 6-7 kg (over 1kWh @52Amp) Now it is super hardcore good mounted. I have added a second Assembly named "Assembly_w_o_cutouts" there you can just measure your maybe round frame and insert your own cutout in the CAD stp files, convert it in STL and print it for your frame. Maybe you could printout it first as a stencil with your normal printer, cut it out an try to fit it, before 3d printing it. Dont print all part at once without validation of the best fit have fun and leave me a like :-)
