This is a standoff for the Super Volcano heater relay or mosfet. It mounts to the already existing threaded holes on the CR-10 internal (silver/aluminum) power supply. No drilling or tapping needed. You will need 4-M3 bolts 8mm 1-M3 bolt 12mm 5-M3 washers 2-M4 bolts 12mm 2-M4 washers And you will need 4 M4 nuts (7mm diameter from flat to flat side).
