This is the superior steel sword from the School of the bear, which can be crafted in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Mind that the file at this time is just a one-piece sword. The works on this are still in-progress. The finished file will have the parts separated and there's gonna be a hole running through the sword to fit a dowel in it so assembly will be easier and it's gonna be more sturdy.
