After doing to initial Batman Bottle Opener (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:356829), I was asked to do one for my girlfriends daughter. She said she is a SuperDrunk (she really is NOT!). I decided to go with Superman. This is much beefier than the Batwing, so not really something that will fit in a pocket comfortably. Instructions This was made on a Makerbot Replicator 2.The 2 main body parts were printed separately from the 'S'. They were printed using Blue PLA at .2/layer, 225c, and 50% infill. The higher infill is required or it will break after a short time of openings. The 'S' was printed using a NinjaFlex style TPE. I used 40% infill to give it a bit of a stiffer feel without being to firm. By using the TPE, it has a nice rubbery feel with a bit of softness to it, but you could easily do the entire thing in either PLA or ABS. All the parts are assembled using Gorilla Glue. The polyurethane glue adds additional support to the entire structure making it feel stronger and stiffer.
