Supermicro server hot swap 3.5" to 2.5" HDD/SSD adapter, MCP-220-00043-0N

This is a 3.5" to 2.5" adapter for some Supermicro servers. Specifically, it replaces the bracket in Supermicro part number MCP-220-00043-0N. In other words, printing this allows you to use a 2.5" drive in your current 3.5" drive tray. Note that some 3.5" drive trays do not have 2.5" mounting holes (as in the picture). The two 2.5" mounting screw holes + the push supports (see pictures) are sufficient, though. Materials required: 3x M3 hex nuts 3x M3 x 6mm flat head screws 2-4x M3 x 4mm flat head screws (standard SDD screws) The current STL file is for ~7mm thick SSD's. In order to use thicker drives, you just need to cut the supports (the ones under the SSD in the pictures) down accordingly; everything else is the same. I included the .step file so you can do this. There is a small support designed-in for the middle screw hole alignment peg on one side. This support will have to be trimmed off so the peg fits in the hole in the drive tray. This is similar to this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:36610, but I wouldn't call mine a remix. Mine has several major differences/advantages: 1. It is designed to minimize airflow impedance, 2. It can handle 2.5" drives up to about 20mm thick with the above simple modification, 3. It has printed-in countersinks and features to press in nuts. Update: The "..._2" stl has thinner under-drive supports to save one plastic. The "..._3" stl is like the _2 version, but overall shorter. It's currently configured for 7mm thick drives, but it can take up to 11mm thick SFF drives with the above mentioned modifications.
