Supernatural Demon Blade

I and my girlfriend were heading to a Halloween Costume party dressed as a gender-bent Dean Winchester and a vampire. I already had the professional teeth or o would have been dean! ... Anyways, of all the weapons and things on the show i thought the demon blade was a pretty good weapon that symbolized dean, and would be easy to print. I also thought with it being so popular that someone else would have had to have a good model of it uploaded. but to my surprise there were very few models, and none that "matched" the demon blade in my opinion. so the night before the party i designed this one, and printed it on my DaVinci Jr. 1.0 while we slept! it took 7:17 to print! but came out great. I hope you enjoy! another note, I originally had more detail on the hilt of the handle but had to remove it so that the handle could be printed standing up. I had to work with my printer's print bed which is only 6"x6" so the "tang" of the handle is only a partial insertion, but with the tolerances on my printer it came out perfect and stays in place firmly without glue, Eventually I plan on sanding, and painting it to make it look really official! Print Settings Printer: DaVinci Jr. 1.0 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Excellent Infill: 10% (minimum) Notes: I printed the blade laying down, the knuckle guard on its back (the angle is very steep but my printer did a descent job so I think it can be done without supports in a pinch) and the handle is to be printed standing on the hilt, no supports are needed for the handle.
