To assemble: *Rotating model To attach the iPad stand to the base we only need to glue the joints or axles, it can be with instant glue or two-component glue (make sure that when rotating there is a little resistance and no play between the parts). *Fixed model: To join it just glue the joint to the base with instant glue. For the legs of the base (both models), they snap in, you may have to sand a little, this depends on the PLA you use, there is the margin of error due to the expansion of the PLA.
