Support for mounting a Wade-like extruder on an Ultimaker

This is a modified version of "Ultimaker Wade's Accessible Bowden Bracket" by stcredzero : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:14822 I remade it in openscad for easier modification, and added : A bigger hole for the pneufit tube adapter - the original was not large enough to allow for easy/secure bowden PTFE tube attaching/detaching. Added recess in the two M4 extruder attach holes, so we can use shorter bolts. I used https://github.com/daid/OpenSCAD-polygon-editor to build the openscad file from the original stl. Instructions 1) Print. Use little infill - like 15% - as the part is massive and its shell give it enough strength. 2) Make an extruder which can receive a pneufit coupling for the bowden tube, like those sold by reprapworld : http://reprapworld.com/?products_details&products_id=168&cPath=1616_1653 or conrad : http://www.conrad.com/ce/en/product/580576/Norgren-101250618-Straight-Screw-in-Connector-External-thread-R18-Tube-diameter-6-mm or even directly from norgren : http://store.norgren.com/uk/en/Browser.aspx?fhp=fh_location%3d%2f%2froot%2fen_GB%26fh_view%3ddetail%26fh_secondid%3d101250618 I have successfully tried this extruder : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:34503 along with the gears from this one : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5268 3) Mount everything together. 4) Recalibrate firmware (E-Steps, maybe inverting extruder motor direction too). 5) Enjoy slipless extrusion !
