Support for Salice Hinges

Support for Salice Hinges

thingiverse

This is a support for a Salice kitchen cabinet hinge; it was created because the original hinges are unsupported on the rear and slowly rock loose, eventually stripping the screw holes. I don't know if ours were installed incorrectly, or if the wrong hinge was used for our cabinets, but this will fix it. This is intended to slide around the back of the hinge and screw into the cabinet; the wings are offset as to not have screws collide on opposing cabinets. The Fusion 360 files are included, which contain a "favorited" parameter (currently set to 9.10mm, and unhelpfully named "d4") which may be adjusted depending on how far your hinges are away from the cabinet. I've included an STL file, but it's for demonstration only, and is likely to be useless in your application without being customized. These were designed for #6 wood screws with an 82° countersink in whatever length works well for your installation.
