A waterproof camera case's latch broke in the first month of usage, prompting the user to create a stronger replacement using 3D printing technology. The support structure for this part is designed to be one wall thickness, adjustable with the twall parameter. It features a conical shape to facilitate easy breakaway and a horizontal section maximizing bridging, with an added support in the middle of the bridge. The resulting print exhibited excellent quality with no noticeable difference between the supported bottom and top, requiring only minimal cleaning.
