Supressor baffles

This is a prototype suppressor baffle. Each baffle is identical and designed to interlock and self align each other. Designed around the .223/5.56. This system would allow a user to use as many baffles as needed. 3-4 baffles would be consistent with a CQB style suppressor, 6-8 baffles would be hearing safe noise reduction, 10-12 baffles would be around 35db reduction but would add around 14 inches total to a weapon. These are designed to be mated to one another and stay in perfect alignment. Baffle size is 1.750 diameter, 1.500 length with a .260 hole. Created in Autodesk Inventor LT 2018.
