Sur-ron mudflap clamp / mudguard

This is a clamp to make a mudflap for the Sur-Ron electric bike to protect the rear shock and linkage. Designed with a lip to prevent the material folding into the linkage and making contact with it Cut up something (I used a rubber tile) and use the clamps to secure it to the bike. You use the 2 existing bolt holes in the swingarm and the 2 existing posts at the back of the tail light to secure it in place You will need - 2x longer M5 Bolts (25mm?) - Optionally a couple washers - Some sort of material such as a rubber tile. Cut to approx 280mm x 130mm or thereabouts (I'm using 300mm x 130mm in the picture but it is a bit too long. Can be shorter as long as it allows full shock travel. Install it with the bike on a stand to verify) There are 3 base files that have different angles, the difference is shown in an image above. Closest visually looks the best, but I was getting a little bit of rubbing at full compression and this could cause the paint to eventually wear Furthest shouldn't have any rubbing at all but could cause the material to fold the wrong way if its a bit short I would suggest using Medium then look after a ride and see if you still have any rubbing against the linkage Print 1x Base, 1x Base Clamp and 1x Tail light clamp Cut material to size, then lay the base clamp and tail light clamp on it as templates to poke or drill holes through. Remove the existing M5 bolt on the swingarm that holds the rear brake line clamp Install the base piece, then the material you're using, the base clamp, the hose line clamp and the 2 new M5 bolts For the tail light end, remove the 2 existing nuts at the back of the tail light, slip the material over, then the tail light clamp. You may have to squeeze to get the threads exposed enough to reinstall the nuts. If you can't get it on, omit the clamp and just use a couple washers instead
