Sur-ron rear fender, race number plate

This is an alternative rear mudguard to original EU homologated version of the Sur-ron dirt e-bike. It uses original rear and turn lamps mounted on the extended rear fender. These fender parts are suitable for Honda CRF50 XR50 longer rear fender which is most compatible with Sur-ron stock fender. The long mudguard CRF50 has a length of 36 cm what is sufficient and the wheel under pressured spring does not touch the vehicle's license plate. A shorter version of the CRF50 mudguard is also available, but it is not ideal because the spring-loaded wheel will touch the license plate and will damage its bracket. The printed parts of the mudguard are connected by aluminum square profile 10x10x1mm with length of 270mm. You attach it to the printed parts with 4mm screws and drill with a screw cutter. Drill holes in well-positioned parts. Warning: Do not use PLA filament because it can be under hot weather conditions deformed! Use only high temperature stable filaments like PETG. Last modification for strongest holder part: The previous version of this part printed as one block wasn't enought strong due to printing of layers and bonding within them. The part was obviously broken after some time of stress. Modified part 2 is now consisted from two parts (fender_long_part2.1_v2.stl + fender_long_part2.2_v2.stl) which must be sealed up with glue for plastic to obtain very strong connection.
