<p>I needed to fit a catflap into my workshop and didnt want to spen a ton of cash on SureFlap tunnel extender. I printed this with 10 walls just to make sure it would be watertight and 50% infill. I printed it useing PETG to allow it to take a few knocks without it getting damaged as it is in a high use space.</p><p>I used silicone sealant around the juction of the catflap and the printed part to make sure everything was 100% watertight.</p>
