I really liked the surface book stand by Utahbmxer, but I needed my computer at a more comfortable eye-level height. I started with the surface book stand (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2349591) and had that on a stack of books. I then made a quick prototype in 3D Builder (note, it's a very, very snug fit) where the stand snaps in the top. This allowed printing the stand and the base separately on a Prusa. I re-made the design in OpenSCAD. The "Taller" variant is very similar to the prototype. I then made a shorter variant, and finally reduced the footprint in the "smallest" version. From there I removed more material via additional holes and rounding the corners on the top, resulting in the final version. For grins I've included all variations so you can choose which one you want or customize to your specific needs, add thickness if you want a more rigid print, etc. I printed it in PLA and it's a very light but very strong and sturdy stand. I can write on the screen with the stylus and it stays put pretty well.
