Minor fix to the inclination of the bayonet slots.</i> This is a box for surface mounting the YPHIX LED downlight panel Ø24cm (article number 50413015 ) which is sold in the Netherlands by [ledlampendirect.nl](https://www.ledlampendirect.nl/) - direct link to product [here](https://www.ledlampendirect.nl/led-paneel-inbouw-rond-24cm-ip44-14w-dimbaar-2900k.html). The downlight is originally meant for integrating in a wall or ceiling. With this box you can surface mount it to the wall or ceiling instead. It features bayonet locks so you can mount the box to the wall/ceiling first and then easily fit the downlight by a light twist. It also makes later removal easy. Screw holes in base plate. With optional ventilation slits in the side. It comes with a set of 4 adapter rings that are to be screwed to the back plate of the downlight and will fit the bayonet locks. <i>Please see printing instructions for further details on the adapter rings.</i> My personal experience is that the power converter nor the LED's produce too much heat; so printing in PLA is ok and slits are probably not absolutely needed. You might want to print the adapter rings in ABS or any other material with high heat tolerance as the metal frame of the downlight becomes slightly warm after hours of operation. I printed mine in PLA and they hold out fine so far. Please leave a comment if you have any questions or requests.
