Surgical dissection model

This model can be used to demonstrate surgical dissection and ligation. It consists of multiple flexible layers to simulate skin, fascia, fat and muscle. Each layer can be separately dissected and retracted. Dissection planes between layers can be visualized and separated teaching the proper way to use dissection planes in surgery. the assembly is printed as a complete unit. The central rod is pulled out after printing so there is no support material that needs to be cleaned. Further processing can be done to fill the central vein with fluid to and then apply end cap to seal. T
