surgical mask/cloth mask ear saver carabiners

after making lots of the typical ear savers for my local hospital and homeless shelters, the feedback i got was that they are too long, and they come off easily. i went with this carabiner design instead, and people seem to like it. you can slide the mask off of your face without unbuckling it. I've made this design thinner, longer, shorter, etc... to fit different requests. Longer and slightly thinner seems to be the hot item.
