Surron Battery Door Phone Mount

This adapts a commercially available phone holder to the top of the battery door of a Surron. Here's a video of it in action: https://youtu.be/cRNs2Jga54s **NOTE** This will *not* fit if using the stock battery—there is not enough room between the bottom of the battery door window and top of the battery. If you have an aftermarket, taller battery there will likely be room because you'll have an extended latch to make room. In this case I have the Gladiator 60V with the extended hinges so I have plenty of room. I love having trail maps open when riding, but having my phone on my handlebars always felt kind of gross. Plus the phone mount I had would dislodge on a hard drop (lost my phone on two occasions but luckily was able to backtrack and find it!). I noticed that the shape of the battery door sort of led itself to having a phone lying right there. I figured I could secure it to the battery indicator window somehow. I designed and printed half a dozen iterations of that little piece that locks into the battery window, and then meets up with the ball mount of the phone holder I found: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08DHLR29X Now it's super-secure and can still be mounted and unmounted with one hand when I want to stop and take a picture. I lose being able to see battery voltage on the battery, but I've got an EggRider on the handlebars so I can always see it there. I printed this with 100% infill for maximum durability. I used PLA but PETG or ASA would probably work great as well. It's very tight fit, but that's on purpose so that it doesn't come loose. I printed mine on its side (with supports for the ball) so that the layer lines are going vertically along the sides. If you printed it standing up then the layer lines are horizontal and the maximum stress could snap one of them right off.
