Surround speaker stand for Ikea Poang chair

Surround speaker stand for Ikea Poang chair

I don't have any available space for my surround speakers, so I've designed a holder for the rear speakers that attaches to the Ikea Poäng chair. Because the chair has a curve on the backside, there are two version of the stand, left and right. You should print one of each. If you typically rock or move a lot in your chair, I suggest printing the clips as well. They should ensure that the stand won't come loose after time (happened to me twice). Due to the large number of different speakers, there are no holes/mounting points. Use a drill at places appropriate for your speaker and attach with a small screw. If you're feeling lazy, Velcro or double-sided tape works fine. You could also take a small wood screw and drive it through the bottom side of the holder without pre-drilling any holes.
