Suspension + Brake System Model

It’s not a quadraped alien or radio demon, but there’s still something mesmerizing about tiny mechanical parts coming together to form a whole system; even for someone like me who isn’t a car enthusiast. I’m especially fond of the tire treads, as this project taught me all the wonderful combinations that exist in real life for all sorts of weather and terrain. I doubt this overall design would function on a real road, my game design degree can only take me so far, but it did open my mind to a future where engineers could create their designs at home and 3D print them for consumer testing and manufacturing. The paint that I threw on this thing is very basic, so you might notice some color bleed. Additionally, some of the bolts and clamps are custom made, some of them are prefabs; you’ll have to explore to figure out which is which ;)
