Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:612709 Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=612709 Box insides carved out so that D9 fits in nicely including compartment for possible accessories (e.g. the strap extension) and logos added to the lid and bottom to make the box easily identifiable. used to protect D9 computer when transported Print Settings Printer: original Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 PLA or .2 PET Infill: 20% honeycomb in translucent PLA looks interesting but otherwise up to you Notes: prints just easily enough in the default position ... no supports needed How I Designed This Used the above linked customizer of boxes to generate the basic box shape of a desired size ... raw box volume imported into the FreeCAD which was used to carve out the D9 and accessory compartments and imprint the Suunto logos on the lid and bottom of the box Instructions Using the following options: divider_wall_thickness = -1 solid_container = 1 diameter = 88 backlash = -1 height = 55 lid_top_thick = -1 container_bottom_thick = -1 wall_thickness = -1 inside_chamfer = 2 quality = 120 compartments = 1 outside_chamfer = 3
