I made lower handlebars with adapter plate for my Suzuki GSX-S 750 (2019) for more sport riding. Riders position on the motorcycle is lower so there is less wind pressure on the body. The total center of gravity is lower. It was very difficult to get the right position and angle of new handlebars because this motorcycle has very little space and a wide tank on this area. I took measurments on my motorcycle and made a 3d model and then also steel prototype at first. It fits perfectly and rides even better.Then i upgraded the 3d model to an aluminum variant for milling. I made also FEA analysis.
