Svarta Ladder Strap Secure Attachment

The design of the Ikea Svarta loft bed calls for using a strap to secure the latter from moving by using the weight of the bed to hold it in place. I found this insufficient so I made this attachment to be placed on the bottom of the leg nearest the ladder. The strap still goes under the post but comes up and wraps around this attachment to keep it in place. It has worked well so far.
