I tried to make assembly feature fillet weld bead and what - it happens a bug. I make it only on a piece of origin part but mirrored piece of part it is imposible to make a desired weld bead. This is occured in SW 2007. Is this bug fixed in SW2012 version. Main plate is solid, three perforated plate are made with forming tool and sketched bends. Weld beads is marked with red colour.
