This is a replacement fender latch for a Swagtron 5/5S electric scooter. The manufacturer installed fender latch has a reputation for coming loose and falling off during riding. This model has a bolt hole measuring .155 inch (3.937 mm) in diameter. I used a metric machine screw with a nut and washer that was laying around in the shop to secure this to my scooter. A lock nut or loctite might be a good addition to this model to ensure it stays on your scooter.
