As I teased (almost exactly) two weeks ago - I can finally show you my first try with Substance Painter! A substance painted version of this gentleman: https://sketchfab.com/models/331877a366444f5e8e492686f637e885 When I first started using this programm I thought, wow, this is going to be a long journey! But in the end it was quite /smooth/ as I got into it, I learned a lot about UVW mapping and how to do it better and it was an experience in gerneral. I can really recommend this even though my heart will keep on beating for handpainted textures. ♥ ♥ ♥ So: yay!
