This wacom pen holder is Inspired by Left 4 Dead video game, It is a zombie slowly emerging from a swamp.   I started sculpting a sphere in Zbrush and adding the neck and the shoulders. Then I decided to cut the head in order to build a more stable and compact penholder. I merged all the subtools, like eyes, pedestal and original penholder into one. After that I used dynamesh to generate a single editable surface. To finish the design I used the Decimator Master plugin and was able to reduce the overall polycount  to around 111k.
