Swarovski Elements (Crystal/Stone) handling matt

When handling Swarovski Elements (very small glass crystal beads which looks like diamonds), one of the headache comes from their extremely small size. The most common size used for fashion accessories & watches is pp3 which easily fly over the whole working space w/o a good matt. Last week I got a quality inspection request from my friend on these little stones and thus a made this tool to keep them from flying around my table. The ridges also help the shinny top part face up when given a gentle tap. Makes the whole handling much easier :)
