This sweeper weight can be conveniently loaded with coins. Its centre of gravity is located right over the sweeper to allow maximum stability when the Vat moves. Use the same weight for both sides. If you prefer not to use the springs, you can, but fill the container with coins. Fitting coins include: one UK pence, 10 Euro cents, and one US dime (I haven't tested the dime but it is smaller than the other coins). The cap locks with a little snap. To limit resin consumption, the item is a bit fragile: I haven't had breakage issues (I use a very strong resin) but take care or ask me to thicken some features. Let me know if you have suggestions, or you need the shape modified to fit coins from other countries or you need to hold more weight.
