Adapter to go from a Shapeoko Sweepy Dust Shoe to a Rockler FlexiPort hose. Print one of the thread STLs and two of the nozzle STLs. Align the threads inside the grove on the two nozzle sections and insert into the Sweepy. Glue should not be required, but can be used to stick them together. Make sure the threads can swivel in the nozzle sections so the FlexiPort hose can twist as it expands and contracts. You will also want to use a zip tie around the hose and the threads to keep them from working loose over time.
