I made this for my sister in law who was making a cake for a 15th birthday. I decided to make a 16 as well. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 mm Infill: 50% Notes: I used the Normal Quality default profile in Cura 2.1.2. Infill setting: Dense. How I Designed This I designed this with FreeCad v0.16. I used the Part workbench.
