The Sweet mixer assembly uses the principle of an Archimedes screw, with a pair of screws which have a Left Hand and Right Hand spiral to transfer the sweets from the Hopper to a larger central Archimedes screw which mixes the sweets together as it conveys them to the front of the unit. Fill each hopper with your favourite sweet, turn the Handle, and let Archimedes do the rest !
