Swim, Bike, Run, Hike fridge magnets! Who doesn’t need more magnets on their fridge!? Half the fun of this project is the assembly. Each color is a separate printed piece and gets assembled with a little bit of glue. Assembly: Each magnet has it’s own Round Insert. The character pieces all have alignment posts that match up with guide holes in the round inserts. The outer ring fits snuggly on the round insert. A small dab of glue on each part will hold everything together nicely. The outer rings and the character heads are all the same model for each magnet. The rest of the character pieces will only fit with their designated round insert. The design allows for a 15mm dia x 3mm thick magnet to be used. The magnets can be purchased at your favorite online retailer. A dab of glue will hold the magnet in place just fine. All of the prints in the pictures were printed using PLA from either Hatchbox or Paramount. Colors used: Hatchbox PLA: Yellow Red Paramount PLA: St. Andrews Green Egg Yok Yellow Great Depression Jadeite Green Leviathan Blue Green I personally like the green and yellow color combo. But you can print ANY color you’d like!!
