Swimbait Fishing Lure "KATS O FIS". Made of 5 segment pieces. The lure is about 16 cm long. Length and everything else can be modified through the .scad file. Main body parts are printed with PETG in one go. The fin and tail are recommended to be printed with flexible material like Fillamentum Flexfill 98A or alike. However, the "Kats o fis" seems to swim well without the fin and tail, slightly different way though - please check out the videos. The fin seems not to have very much effect on swim style. Fishes will decide which way is preferred eventually. Please consult the slicer software preview mode to define the pause layers. I didn't have suitable eye bolts at hand for the hook to body, so I had to use the 9mm rings instead. The hinges are made of 0.9 mm diameter stainless steel wire. The wire is pushed down from top side of the hinge. One can lock them in place by touching the top of the hole with soldering iron for example if the wire is cut slightly short from the top. I've used 4.5 mm diameter air gun steel balls as weights. They can be made of other material too, but the chambers inside the body parts (2,3,4) are for 2 x 4.5mm balls currently. One can modify the .scad file to for different weights and weight chambers of course.
