Remixed the bike hanger as my print bed is a lot smaller, still this pushes it to the max but you can resize it a bit if needed. Had to do a few iterations, most of the weight is taken up by the wire holder so I beefed it up. Only had the bikes fall twice with my first attempts when it broke spectacularly. :) Also, instead of wire I use paracord as I had a ton around and its very strong. The middle pieces on the arm can be excluded to make a smaller hoop for the bike tire as shown with my daughters 24". Also, the middle pieces work for both the fat tire or normal tire. I suggest you use the outside holes to go down to the arm for the wire/paracord, as the inside ones make it a bit snug for the wheel to fit into the arm. I havent figured it out 100% for the fat tire bike as the further you put the holes out the less it is able to swing, might do a continuous piece of rope that can slide instead. Any feedback or ideas are welcome, also send me a message if you find any changes needed. Hardware needed to complete: 1 - 4.5" 1/4bolt and hardware, to attach the wall mount and the swivel joint 1 - 8-32 3" machine screw and hardware, to attach the arm to the swivel joint 4 - 8-32 2.5" machine screws and hardware, to attach the pieces of the arm together Fasteners to mount to wall I did try an iteration to eliminate the 1/4" bolt and instead did a pin and socket with the 3d printer but it proved not to be strong enough. I printed these pretty fast and dirty as they are functional pieces and do take a while to print. My settings were 0.28 layer 100mm/s speed PETG When hanging make sure the bottom tire is not touching the ground as it will prevent it from swinging.
