A simple knife you can customize up to your liking.

Model a tool for you need or select one from the roster of available tools. More to come soon!

Currently available tools:

Utility knife

Saw blade 8615

Hex bit

M3 tap

Ceramic file d=5.1mm

To add a tool or remove a tool just increase/decrees the Post.stl height and model your own tool.

Needed additional items:

3x M3x6 or shorter - ISO 7380

M3 tap

Supper glue

Assembly:

Print two Post.stl and Plate.stl, the rest only one unit.

To secure the knife together tap the holes in post from both sides. Screw both posts to one of the plates. (M3 screw goes into the recessed slot). To prevent the screw from unscrewing during use, use a dab of supper glue in on the screw. Secure everything tightly. The knife doesn't have a safety lock, to prevent if from opening during use, tighten the screws until it moves snugly. When all the tools are stacked, screw on the other plate. Add the scales to both sides of the knife.

The first tool is the Utility_knife.stl and Utility_knife_stopper that fit together. Utility knife stopper should be glued in place to the scales. Also insert a small piece Utility_knife_stopper_mini.stl towards the back of the utility knife to prevent it from rotating freely. Tap the hole in the Utility_knife.stl and secure the blade with the screw

Next comes the saw and the tap. The bulge on the saw must face the knife. To add an extra layer of security.

The final layer of tools it the hex key and the ceramic file. The ceramic file was useful for me and it's harder to acquire, but you can swap it for another hex key.

The knife is a WIP so I would love your feedback. I noticed a lot of quirks already during the design process, ill improve it once I have more available free time. In the mean time you are welcome to remix it to suit your needs.
