thingiverse

A 50mm cube with 75 8mm tunnels. They intersect each other making a difficult geometry throughout the entire print. Parts are as thin as 2mm making it a challenge for any nozzle size or printer style. There is also many, many overhangs to take care of. This print will require a very calibrated machine. Scale it up as you wish, but the original size should make a very difficult print. The name comes from its resemblance to a block of swiss cheese. It's a popular metal machinists' challenge. Designed in Fusion 360.
