<p>Taking the <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1454110/files">Phillips Hue Switch UK light switch cover on Thingverse by cgcrute</a> as a starting point, I reimplemented a new version in FreeCAD that took in to account the dimensions of the <a href="https://www.philips-hue.com/en-gb/p/hue-dimmer-switch--latest-model-/8719514274617">Hue Dimmer v2 </a>and the double switch dimensions of the <a href="https://www.electricalcounter.co.uk/products/Switches+%26+Sockets/Decorative+Switches+%26+Sockets/Nexus+Metal/Nexus+Metal+Brushed+Steel/BG+NBS42+Nexus+Metal+Double+Light+Switch+Brushed+Stainless+Steel+2+Way+10A/2593833350">double light switch plates</a> used in my house.</p><p>Models are printed with <a href="https://3dtomorrow.com/product/3dtomorrow-biopro-3d-printer-filament-1kg-1-75mm/">3DTomorrow's BioPro</a> with variable layer height from 0.07 to 0.25, depending on detail, an infill of 50% for structure, with ironing on the top surfaces.</p><p>Models then finished by spraying with <br><a href="https://jenolite.com/product/plastic-primer-grey-400ml/">JENOLITE Plastic Primer</a>, then Plasti-Kote Metallic Brushed Nickel before fitting a <a href="https://www.first4magnets.com/circular-disc-rod-c34/19mm-dia-x-2mm-thick-n42-neodymium-magnet-2-3kg-pull-p3331#ps_0_3383|ps_1_1757">19mm x 2mm N42 neodymium magnet</a>. </p>
