Switch for Duplo train track

Switch for Duplo train track

My son (read: I) was tired of being one switch short to create a perfect loop, so I decided to print one. I was slightly annoyed by the fact that the official Duplo switch wasn't made in a perfect 30°, so I redesigned it. The model has connector holes at the bottom side, so you can still use the switch in your super tall bridge construction. It even fits a 8-stud brick in the middle (compared to a 4-stud brick for the official design). The model is mostly closed of at the bottom side, so you get a more finished look. And with a 10% infill it doesn't require more filament compared to a support structure. There are 2 versions of the base: one with ribs and - if you don't need that kind of detail - one without. The print has been tried and tested by a 2-year old and his IntelliTrain.
